This is the move everyone seems to be making, huh?

Earlier this year, we released Comeback’s final print issue. That’s not to say we won’t be doing more in-print projects in the future (look out this fall ;)), but it was time to put our efforts elsewhere.

Whether its starting a service-based businesses, navigating a creative role at a company, or growing their own initiative with others, we as young people face challenges because of our age.

I know online content is abundant these days, with articles coming out every second. I didn’t consider this option seriously because of the saturation – I didn’t want to be just another blog. What got me to reconsider, however, was the amazing websites out there that are doing what blogs oddly, used to do. Sites like Cup of Jo and Manrepeller stand out for their high, high levels of engagement via comments on their articles. Often, a full discussion is happening below the post that is filled with fun anecdotes, opinions, and appreciation for the community that exists like it did in the old days.

I want this space to be just like that for young creatives.

I know I use this term a lot because it has captured this group of people so simply. I’m talking about people younger than 25 who are creative individuals and are trying to do something with that creativity. Whether its starting a service-based businesses, navigating a creative role at a company, or growing their own initiative with others, we as young people face challenges because of our age. This is the place to talk about them.

That’s my dream, at least. I’m still trying to figure out the best way to foster the conversation, reach the young creatives out there, and provide the quality content that you want to read. It’s a work in progress and I am so excited to share with you what we’ve got so far.
