The story:

There seems to be a lot of sitting through this new normal. Moving from bed, to a desk, to a small chair on the balcony. With a notebook, a laptop, usually a cup of tea. There’s a lot of list making, goal resetting, getting overwhelmed, and freaking out the tiniest bit. But there’s always returning to taking care. Checking in and filling up my cup in all the ways I know how.
